Open enrollment for the below benefits will be open May 14, 2025 – May 28, 2025. All benefit elections will take place July 1, 2025.

- Confidential Support Specialists, Custodians, Director/Confidential Managers, Hourly Technical, Licensed Coordinators, Management Personnel I-M, Principals, Salaried Professionals, School Executives, School Nutrition, and Student Management Specialists contract groups: https://app.droplet.io/form/KJGLq0

Questions:
- How do I make a change to my benefits?
- If you would like to do any of the following, you must complete an Enrollment Form by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
- Decline, enroll in, or change your medical plan or coverage (Non-EM-O employees only)
- Decline, enroll in, or change your dental plan or coverage
- Enroll in HSA or adjust your HSA contribution
- Enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – FSA’s must be enrolled in every year
- Decline, enroll in, or change your voluntary life coverage.
- If you would like to do any of the following, you must complete an Enrollment Form by 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
- What if I don’t want to make any changes to my coverage?
- You do not need to take any action unless you would like to add, remove, or make a change to one or more of your plans. Please note that if you have an Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you must enroll in those accounts every year.
- How do I check what coverage or plans I currently have?
- Login to the Employee Access Center and view “deductions and benefits” under the “salary and benefits” button on the left hand side. You will see your deduction titles.
- How much voluntary life insurance can I purchase?
- Employee voluntary life insurance – Based on your contract. See more information.
- Spouse voluntary life insurance – Increments of $5,000 to a maximum of $250,000. Guaranteed Issue is $30,000
- Child voluntary life insurance - $10,000
- How much does Voluntary Life Insurance Cost?
- Based on your contract and age. See more information.
